Responsibilities

• promote cooperation with Spanish-speaking regions;

• develop cooperation programs with the BRICS countries;

• search for new promising regions, fields, and collaboration formats for prospective international students;

• support the activities of the Consulate of Uruguay in St. Petersburg.

Education

2005 – Specialist’s degree in international education management, Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University;

2013 – Master’s degree in higher education management, Higher School of Economics. 

Professional activity

2017-present – assistant to First Vice Rector, ITMO University;

2005-2017 – document manager, specialist, department head, and then head of the Department of International Relations, St. Petersburg State Transport University.

Professional interests

Admission of international students, internationalization, double-degree programs, Spanish, BRICS Network University, and the national project Education.

Other professional activities

• presidium member of the Association of the Vice Rectors for International Relations of the Northwest Higher Educational Institutions.

Hobbies

Russian pyramid and intellectual games.
