Ekaterina Egoshina is Head of Marketing Department of Project Management and Innovation Department at the ITMO University (St.Petersburg, Russia).

She is responsible for organization of various events aimed at promotion of innovational and entrepreneurial activity within the ITMO University. Controls communications promoting the innovational activity of ITMO University, its small innovative enterprises and startups.

Since 2014, Ekaterina works as an Associate Professor at the chair of Marketing and Communications at ITMO University.

Previously, she held position of Marketing specialist at St.Petersburg State University of Economics.

Ekaterina has a graduate degree in Marketing from St.Petersburg State University (2009).

Educational and Professional  Background

  • 2009 - Graduate of St.Petersburg State University, Graduate School of Management (major in International Marketing) 
  • 2013 – Accomplished postgraduate program at St.Petersburg State University of Economics, PhD
  • 2011-2013 – Consulting projects for medicine, transport, software companies, determination of market segment for innovational projects
  • 2011 – 2014 – Marketing specialist at St.Petersburg State University of Economics: research of educational services market, marketing-mix policies for a University
  • 2009 – Internship in SIP GmbH, Marketing Department, Germany.

Projects and Achievements

  • 2014-2015 – Organizer of a city game for students “Marketing of innovations”
  • 2015 – Assistant in the organization of Forum “From Science to Business”
Over 10 publications in the area of  Marketing, Segmentation and Service Marketing
