Biography

He is the  Adviser of the Director General of LOMO Plc.
 
He is author of more than 120 publications, including six books and more than 60 journal papers, is the Chairman of the Dissertation Council D 212.227.03 and the member of the Dissertation Council D 212.227.06, is the Editor-in-Chief of two journals: "Scientific and Technical Journal of Information Technologies, Mechanics and Optics" and “Control Engineering Russia”.
