Doctor of Technical Sciences, Corresponding Member of Academy of Engineering of A.M. Prokhorov, member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE).

2011 — present — Head of Wireless Telecommunications Department at the National Research University ITMO

2008 — present — General Director of Laboratoria Infokommunikatsionnyh Setey

2004—2008 the Deputy Director of RadioNet

2004 — the Deputy Director of Telecom-project

1983—2004 — Military service in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation (A.F.Mozhaiskii Academy of Military Space-Engineering); retired colonel; currently — Professor of Space Communications Department (concurrently). Currently lectures: Communication theory.
