ITMO University as a top-tier Russian research university clearly demonstrates its global character in areas of academic cooperation from research to teaching and student exchange.

Institute of International Development and Partnership (IIDP) bridges ITMO University with the international community.

Head of Institute, Daria Kozlova, PhD and IIDP team are responsible for implementing the global strategic goals of  ITMO, fostering international partnerships in research and education and enhancing University visibility worldwide.

Institute of International Development and Partnership coordinates ITMO contacts between institutions worldwide at individual and chair level, as well as positions and promotes ITMO globally.

IIDP deals with the following issues

  • shapes, develops and coordinates global institutional and educational affairs of ITMO
  • cooperates closely with partner Universities and represents ITMO in alliances with leading high schools
  • supports departments and institutes in relations with the international community in the areas of teaching, research and academic exchange
  • introduces policies and regulations for foreign students currently enrolled in ITMO University, ensuring their comfort, safety and efficient studies
  • manages ITMO activities for bilateral research cooperation in Asia
  • recruits foreign graduate and doctoral students
  • coordinates and organizes foreign lecturers and experts visits and employment
  • increases the visibility of ITMO online and offline
  • organizes  visits of officials and institutional delegations at ITMO University.
