- Master’s program in Computer deling
The Chair is actively involved in professional development of teachers. Some courses created by members of the Chair for this purpose are widely used throughout the country. The Chair's staff is developing new curricula and sets of laboratory work focused on providing students with all the special skills of practical computer work. The Chair also organizes the training of teachers and staff of University ITMO in the field of programming and application of computer technologies in the educational process.
In the last decade, the Chair continued its work on the study of methods for constructing supervisory and diagnostic tests (Associate Professor T. Pavlov, Assoc. Denisova E.V.), the automation of design work in optics (Prof. Demin), Information Management CAD (Associate Professor VN Blokhin), on microprocessors.
The Chair works on the introduction of distance learning, the textbook (Asst. Prof. AV Lazdin Assoc. Pavlovskaya T.A.) and sets of tests in specific subject areas and sections of disciplines were created.
