The Computer Technology Chair today is one of the leading chairs in the university. The Chair graduates are highly skilled specialists in information and computer technologies.

The Chair provides training at Master`s and Bachelor`s levels in informational and computer technology in the following specialties:

• Databases.
• Computer Networking and Communications.
• Real-Time Systems.

Master`s and Bachelor`s graduates of the Computer Technology Chair have skills in designing computers, their mathematical and informational maintenance, software development and development of methods and design techniques, adjustment and production of computing networks and telecommunication systems.

The Chair also provides training for computer engineers, systems and networks, specializing in open information-computing systems, in information monitoring systems and in personal computers and networks.

Engineers graduating from the Chair are capable of the professional work researching and developing hardware and software , as well as methods and techniques for designing, producing, altering and running information management and information technology systems.
